Abnormal Download Detection
The following policy will detect Drive downloads by your Users and will notify administrations if the conditions are met.
Conditions can be created by:
- Detect Downloads - Enabling this feature allows SpinOne to check for User downloads.
- Detect Transfers - Enabling this feature allows SpinOne to detect for transfers from Google Drive to another 3rd party application.
- Number of files - Enter the minimum number of files that SpinOne should detect downloaded or transferred to trigger the policy.
- Period - The timeframe in which the downloading/transferring threshold should be in.
Actions can be created by:
- Send notification - The policy will alert administrators of the downloads or transfers via email when the conditions are met.
Abnormal Login Detection
The following policy will alert administrators when an abnormal login has been detected for a Google Workspace account.
No conditions can be created for this policy.
Actions can be created by:
- Send notification - The policy will alert administrators when an abnormal login has been detected by SpinOne.
