Salesforce API limits are very sensitive. Each organization is restricted on a certain amount of API calls based on their subscription type and number of users. Due to this, SpinOne for Salesforce now allows our customers to set API limitations for their backups.
Simply login to the SpinOne console and head to the Salesforce tab from the left panel.
Click on the organization you want to set limits on to open the dropdown and select the Limits tab.
If the boxes are not checked, that means no limits have been placed. To set limits, check the box on the corresponding API you would like to set limits on and enter the amount. Press Update at the end to save the results.
