In Q3 of 2024, we significantly improved our SpinSPM and SpinDLP Solutions while also offering further functionality around Actions performed by Users.
SpinSPM
SpinSPM is SpinOne’s SaaS Security Posture Management & 3rd Party Apps Risk Assessment module.
NIS2 Mapping
Based on customer feedback and demand, we mapped our SpinSPM controls to NIS2. This is very helpful for customers who are working on their NIS2 compliance. Each control on SpinOne, if applicable, will indicate whether it is mapped to NIS2 and when the user hovers over the label, they can see the exact section to which we’ve mapped the control.
Activity Policies
For Google Workspace & Microsoft 365, we have expanded our Activity detection capabilities to allow customers more flexibility such as:
- Identifying, Alerting and Preventing Deletion of Data by Users
- Identifying, Alerting and Remediating Impossible Travel
Utilize these new features to ensure logins of Users is genuine and not abnormal as well as preventing malicious deletion of data by users
SpinDLP
To assist you in utilizing our DLP policies, we have gone ahead and created policy templates that you can modify and easily add to your SpinOne platform. The newest SpinDLP policies are preconfigured to address detection and remediation of PII, PHI and PCI data.
Head to the Policies Templates section under Security Policies to take a look at available policy templates based on the subscription you are on.
