We're especially interested in candidates coming from a Jira Service Management or Jira administration background. You already know how to run a queue, write a clear KB article, and keep a frustrated user calm while you work the problem. This role gives you the chance to bring that instinct to a security and data protection product, and to broaden it across four more SaaS ecosystems that a huge number of businesses run on every day.
You'll be one of the most direct lines our customers have to Spin.AI. Strong candidates are methodical troubleshooters, clear writers, and comfortable de-escalating a tense conversation without losing the thread of the actual technical issue.
What You'll Do:
- Provide technical support to customers via email and chat
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues spanning Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) environments

- Provide prompt, accurate feedback to customers and set realistic expectations on resolution
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues in the ticketing system
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on ticket volume, resolution time, and recurring issues
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Participate in improving the product FAQ and knowledge base, particularly as Revyz/Atlassian coverage matures
- Work closely with the engineering team on unresolved or recurring issues, and help translate Jira/Atlassian-specific behavior for teams less familiar with that ecosystem
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management — you understand permission schemes, workflows, automation rules, and how admins actually use the product day to day
- Experience with technical support, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role
- Comfort with knowledge base tools, ticketing systems, and basic escalation workflows
- Strong written communication skills — you can explain a technical concept clearly to a frustrated user without over-simplifying it
- Willingness to build working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Salesforce administration alongside your existing Atlassian expertise
- Skilled at de-escalation — you can keep a tense conversation productive and focused on resolution
Certifications That Strengthen Your Application:
- ACP-120: Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Cloud — the closest match to this role; covers Jira Cloud configuration, permissions, workflows, and automation
- ACP-620: Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator for Cloud, or equivalent Confluence admin experience
- Atlassian Certified Organization Administrator (Cloud Organization Admin), for candidates who've worked at the org/Atlassian Access level
Nice to Have:
- Prior exposure to SaaS backup, recovery, or data protection concepts
- Experience supporting more than one of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, or Salesforce in addition to Atlassian
- Experience writing technical documentation or how-to content

The Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager who can develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and pipeline.
This is a generalist marketing role for someone who can move comfortably between campaign strategy, digital marketing, social media, content, SEO/AEO, analytics, advertising, events, and sales enablement. You should have particularly strong expertise in organic search and AI-driven discovery while being capable of executing across the broader marketing function.
We are looking for an operator, not someone limited to managing agencies or developing plans for others to execute. You should be able to develop a campaign strategy, create and optimize content, launch digital and social programs, analyze results, update a sales presentation, edit a video, coordinate an event, and determine what should happen next based on performance.
You will be expected to demonstrate a history of designing and executing marketing programs that produced measurable audience growth, engagement, qualified leads, pipeline, or other meaningful business results.
What You'll Own:
Develop and execute integrated B2B campaigns across social media, organic search, paid media, content, email, events, webinars, partners, and other relevant channels.
Translate company, product, and sales priorities into campaign strategies with clear audiences, messages, offers, channels, KPIs, and conversion paths.
Own campaigns from concept through execution, measurement, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
Develop messaging and content for different stages of the buyer journey, from awareness through conversion.
Test messaging, creative, offers, audiences, landing pages, and channels to continuously improve performance.
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, agencies, partners, and vendors while retaining ownership of strategy and results.
Develop and execute B2B social media strategies designed to grow relevant audiences, increase engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and contribute to demand generation.
Own or support day-to-day social execution under the direction of existing social media leaders, i.e. propose and inform the following: editorial planning, copywriting, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis.
Create platform-appropriate campaigns and content for review / approval across LinkedIn and other relevant social channels, understanding how audiences, formats, and distribution differ by platform.
Work with product team and technical writers under the Content Director’s guidance to help develop social content around product launches, research, thought leadership, events, customer stories, company news, and integrated campaigns.
Identify opportunities to turn long-form content, presentations, webinars, interviews, and events into effective social content.
Track audience growth, engagement, traffic, conversions, and other meaningful performance indicators and use those insights to improve strategy.
Understand paid and organic social and how they can work together to amplify high-performing campaigns and content.
Have practical video editing experience and the ability to independently create, edit, resize, caption, and repurpose short-form videos and other digital content for social and campaign use.
Understand the fundamentals of effective B2B video storytelling, including hooks, pacing, structure, captions, calls to action, and platform-specific formatting.
Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies that increase qualified visibility across traditional search and AI-driven discovery.
Conduct keyword, topic, buyer-question, SERP, content-gap, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website and campaign content for search intent, authority, conversion, and AI discoverability.
Understand technical SEO fundamentals, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, structured data/schema, redirects, canonicalization, and Core Web Vitals.
Monitor brand, product, competitor, and category visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and other emerging AI discovery platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve visibility, accurate representation, citations, and recommendations within AI-generated answers.
Stay current with search algorithms, AI search, AEO/GEO practices, and changing buyer discovery behavior.
Measure organic and AI-discovery performance based on business impact—not rankings and traffic alone.
Write, edit, and optimize landing pages, campaign copy, emails, articles, customer stories, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for business and technical audiences.
Create and update sales presentations, campaign decks, event materials, one-pagers, and other sales-enablement assets.
Work with product, sales, technical subject-matter experts, and leadership to develop accurate, differentiated messaging.
Maintain high standards for factual accuracy, brand consistency, technical credibility, and content quality.
Plan and manage paid search, paid social, retargeting, and other relevant digital advertising campaigns.
Develop campaign audiences, messaging, creative direction, landing pages, offers, and conversion strategies.
Optimize spend based on lead quality, conversions, acquisition cost, and pipeline contribution.
Help plan and execute industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, customer events, and partner programs.
Develop event messaging, promotions, presentations, booth/supporting materials, and pre- and post-event campaigns.
Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, sales teams, speakers, and internal stakeholders and measure event performance against defined objectives.
Define campaign KPIs and measure performance using GA4, Google Search Console, CRM/marketing automation data, advertising and social platforms, SEO/AEO tools, and other relevant sources.
Connect marketing activity to ICP lead generation
Analyze campaign, content, social, audience, and conversion performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Use experimentation and data—not assumptions—to guide marketing decisions and resource allocation.

This role requires substantially deeper search expertise than a typical generalist marketing position.
Content & Sales Enablement
Paid Campaigns, Events & Field Marketing

Strong AI fluency and demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve research, analysis, content development, and marketing productivity, including building skills and workflows.
Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and work effectively with sales, product, technical teams, leadership, agencies, and vendors.

Experience using automation, APIs, scripts, or internally built tools to improve marketing efficiency.

Design and execute campaigns that generate measurable audience growth, engagement, qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline, and business growth.
Grow relevant social audiences and improve engagement while connecting social activity to broader marketing objectives.

Improve campaign conversion and identify opportunities to increase marketing efficiency.
Build integrated campaigns in which social, content, search, paid media, events, and sales follow-up reinforce one another.
Produce high-quality marketing, social, video, and sales assets without creating unnecessary execution dependencies.
Give leadership clear visibility into what is working, what is not, and where marketing should invest next.

Who Will Thrive in This Role:
You are a builder and problem-solver with broad marketing judgment and deep expertise in search and digital marketing. You can move from strategy to execution without losing momentum.
You are as comfortable developing a campaign strategy as you are writing a LinkedIn post, optimizing a landing page, editing a short video, analyzing conversion data, suggesting ad campaigns, improving a presentation, or planning an event.
Most importantly, you have evidence that your work produces results. You can point to campaigns, social programs, search initiatives, or other marketing programs you personally helped design and execute, and explain how they contributed to audience growth, engagement, leads, pipeline, or revenue.
