Customer Support
Sales Engineer
- Collaborate with the sales team: Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose
- appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of compelling sales proposals and technical documentation.
- Technical expertise: Possess a deep understanding of our cybersecurity solutions and stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on integrating our products into their existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless implementation and optimal performance.
- Conduct technical evaluations and assessments of customer environments to identify vulnerabilities and propose effective solutions.
- Customer relationship management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT managers, system administrators, and cybersecurity professionals.
- Understand customers' pain points and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing ongoing technical support and guidance post-sales.
- Market intelligence and collaboration: Keep abreast of competitor offerings and market trends to provide feedback and recommendations for product enhancements and new feature development.
- Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to provide valuable customer insights and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with network security, cloud security, encryption, intrusion detection, and other relevant cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable.

Sales & Marketing
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including social media, industry events, and lead generation tools.
- Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email, and social media to introduce the company's products/services.
- Qualify Leads: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and determine if they are a good fit for the company's offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Update and maintain the CRM with accurate information on leads, contacts, and activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services to prospects.
- Set Appointments: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Proven experience in Sales Development role within the tech industry and preferably Cyber Security.
