New User Audit

Users are a huge cybersecurity risk to any organization. To list a few examples: users may intentionally or unintentionally share sensitive data, install unsanctioned applications, or fail to appropriately configure their account. This is why we are excited to introduce this new approach to assessing the risk of users!

From the User Audit page, you can now select individual users to review their Security Risk Score (SRS). The SRS is calculated from a number of user risk factors, such as installing apps, sharing/deleting data, triggering a security policy, etc...  You can also view the details of these user risk factors all from one page!

...But wait, there's more! The SRS can be tailored accordingly to your risk profile. Customers can customize this feature by weighing these risk factors so that the SRS reflects only things that they consider to be risky. For example, if a customer believes installing apps is extremely risky but sharing data is zero risk, then they can set installing apps as 100 points and sharing data as 0 points. That means whenever a user installs an app, their SRS increases by 100, and whenever a user shares data, their SRS does not increase at all.
