Login to your SpinOne portal and head to the Workspaces section from the left panel.
Click on the Workspace you want to download in order to reveal its components.
Select Channels or Messages to head to the download area, and click Backup to launch an on-demand download!
NOTE: To download all data within a specific service, simply click Download without selecting any messages, channels or groups. If you would like to only download specific messages, channels or groups, select those items and then launch the Download.
