Gene Libidov is an Information Security and compliance professional with over 20 years of experience - helping companies keep their critical information safe and comply with data security laws and regulations.
Before establishing Planet 9, he was the Director of Blue Shield’s Security Assurance team. In addition to leading IT and security audits and compliance activities, he oversaw internal and third-party security risk management.
He also worked as a security engineer at the Clorox Company, where he managed global infrastructure security, managed security incidents, and deployed enterprise security solutions.
