Customer Support Engineer
- Provide the technical and sales support by email, chat and video conference;
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues;
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers;
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues;
- Prepare accurate and timely reports;
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles;
- Participate in the improvement of the product FAQ and knowledge base;
- Close work with the engineering team;
- Assist in customer success
- Advanced level of English with superior writing skills.
- Experience in providing customer support.
- Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer

Director of Partnerships (Los Angeles, CA)
- Partner Acquisition & Growth – Identify, recruit, and onboard MSPs, VARs, resellers, and technology partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy, aligning with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of effective channel sales programs and initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and growth.

- You will develop and nurture large new enterprise-level clients.
- You will provide value to all stakeholders within an account during complex sales cycles.

- You have experience working with complex strategic accounts, including calls on key decision-makers and all other levels.
