Let’s take a look at the SpinOne Application Audit functionality.

SpinOne uses patented and proprietary technologies to review and analyze over 60,000 applications from the G suite marketplace and in house built applications with new applications being added daily.

What you see here are all the applications connected to your G Suite environment.

Each application has a score and an indicator of risk.

By clicking on an application, the app review panel appears.

This panel shows the rating and overview. And the different risk assessment categories, expanding on each category will show you the risk classification and provide a justification for that risk classification.

You can also see who has access to the application , you can review the application, review history, and see when the scoring was adjusted, and how that impacted the application overall score, an admin can remove access and add to blacklists if they choose, or trust the application and market as safe.

Back on the App Audit dashboard, you can sort by categories, sort by score, or by date installed.

You can sort all apps by active or inactive status, showing you the applications that were installed, but are no longer used.

Trusted or not trusted, you can see which applications are on the white list and remove their listings here, you can see which applications are on the black list and remove their listings here.
