For Jira, the price is set by the highest user tier across all your Jira products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira Work Management) on the same site. Your app’s billing cycle always matches your Atlassian product — if Jira is billed monthly, the app is billed monthly; if annually, the app follows the annual cycle. You remain eligible for support and version updates for as long as your subscription is active.
Enter the number of users in your instance and choose monthly or annual billing to see your exact price. For Jira apps, use the maximum number of users across all your Jira products, since that highest count determines the tier you’re billed at. Annual billing is discounted — you pay for 10 months and get 12 months of access.

For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
